You will review contracts, collaborate with legal and procurement, and work with finance teams to monitor cash flow and secure client payments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and preferred certifications such as PMP, PE, CENG, and MME/MMUP/UPDA. You must have at least 17 years of design and management experience on large infrastructure projects and the ability to interpret complex contracts and drawings. Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience leading multicultural teams.
Ideally, you are a technically disciplined water‑engineering professional with extensive experience in surface and groundwater networks, collection systems, outfalls, and drainage pipelines or tunnels. You have a proven track record delivering large‑scale water sector projects in a lead technical role, preferably with five years of experience in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with preferred PMP, PE, CENG, and MME/MMUP/UPDA certifications.
- Minimum 17 years of design/management experience on large infrastructure projects and ability to interpret complex contracts and drawings.
- Demonstrated strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience leading multicultural teams.
- Expertise in water engineering, including surface and groundwater networks, collection systems, outfalls, and drainage pipelines/tunnels.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale water sector projects in a lead technical role.
- At least 5 years of experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
