The Role

Overview

Support branch operations, sales, and service teams with proposals, site visits, and admin tasks.

Tasks

-Communicate with sales account managers regarding renewals being addressed. -Build rapport with new and existing customers to maintain positive relationships and trust. -Attend maintenance all maintenance sales training. -Develop and or complete written scopes of work related to maintenance or service work being -Interact with Departments within Mesa as needed to complete assigned tasks. -Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures and results to company leadership -Complete site visits to gather information required to better serve our -Support preparation of various documents including schedules, work orders, and others. -Prepare booking packages for work quoted and sold by CSR or as requested by management. -Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quoted. -Present new technology and enhanced PM services when presented with an opportunity. -Maintain constant communication with Branch, Service, or Salesperson being -Attend and participate in sales, safety, and operational planning meetings. -Attend internal and external client meetings with team lead as requested. -Support preparation of bid temps and proposals related to contracts and projects. -Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development as a Sales Professional, including attendance at product and sales training events, participation at all professional training provided by EMCOR/Mesa,

What You Bring

-Competitive nature + Reliable, self-driven, organized, articulate, and goal -Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or related field to be conferred within 2 years -Experience in Sales, Project Management, or Customer Service preferred -Ability to communicate clearly, manage time effectively, multi-task, & prioritize. -Excellent problem-solving skills. -Experience in the HVAC is -Able to identify different types of customer personalities and adapt/respond accordingly. -Strong computer skills using MS Office required. -Strong presentation skills preferred.
