- Maintains inventory and routing of parts and maintains production records.
- Follows established safety and security rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work area and environment.
- Manages and operates production equipment while monitoring the performance of the machine and carrying out operations in proper sequence.
- Assembles fixtures, mounts parts in fixtures/components, and performs mechanical assembly using hand and air tools (wrenches, torque wrenches, impact wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.).
- Lifting up to 50 pounds and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Work involves standing, climbing, kneeling, bending, and twisting of body parts throughout the day.

- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: viewing a computer terminal; reading blueprints; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices. The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work.
- 6+ months of previous machine operations experience with Shears, Press-Brakes, CNC Plasma, Bandsaws, etc.
- Basic math skills with ability to read tape measure, squares, and other tools specific to the job task.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and product specifications.
