  • Cooperate with various IS teams and other key internal stakeholders for a successful implementation and management of the Real Estate tools. Keep support documentation and training material current and updated and conduct trainings.
  • Establish and perform control of data quality for completeness, compliance, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Develop real estate analytics and insights for functional and business leaders, using dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and other tools.
  • Manage the Real Estate tools and data, including: Establish procedures for data collection and verification. Manage data collection process, coordinating with global and local Real Estate teams, local business controllers, and other local and global stakeholders as appropriate.

  • Flexibility and ability to determine priorities, while working in a complex stakeholder environment. Strong analytical capabilities, strong motivation for delivering on-time. Ability to work under pressure, with resilience and drive to succeed.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with multi-national corporations. Real Estate expertise and knowledge would be an asset. Strong understanding of data management.
  • Good and up-to-date know-how of relevant IT systems and tools: MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.
  • Full business proficiency in English. Other languages would be an asset.
