What you would be doing

- Successfully operate forklift and move pallets of goods throughout shop floor.
- Ensure Assembly area is clean in appearance including removing trash and sweeping as required.
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within the Assembly department.
- Check in parts ensuring all received parts are properly accounted for and organized.

- Minimum of two years of general assistant experience in a large machinery/equipment-manufacturing environment strongly desired.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment, proactively contributing ideas to improve operations required.
- Must possess a proven history of being reliable with excellent attendance.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to read a tape measure required.
- High school graduate or G.E.D. strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable, tactful, and self-directed when faced with tight deadlines and fluid environments required.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience a plus
- Knowledge of machining procedures and the use of micrometers, calipers, and gauges preferred
- Basic oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English required.
- Valid Washington State Driver's License in good standing is required.
