Serve as a key point of contact for Lula customers and service providers, ensuring all interactions are professional, genuine, and solution-oriented. Responsible for promptly answering calls, scheduling jobs, and following up to confirm successful job completion. Deliver friendly, consistent support to property managers, tenants, and contractors throughout each maintenance project.

  • Maintain clear, updated notes on all assigned projects in Lula’s job management system.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Act as liaison between customers and service providers to ensure clear, detailed communication and accurate job completion.
  • Exercise judgment and make timely decisions to resolve issues.
  • Provide responsive day-to-day support for property managers, tenants, and service providers.
  • Coordinate job details between Lula Pros, tenants, and property managers.
  • Track all projects and bids under your oversight.
  • Proactively address concerns and escalate to leadership when needed.

Technical Skills

  • Positive, proactive approach with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with web-based software platforms.
