The Project Management Analyst supports Greystar’s business needs by providing administrative, analytical, and operational assistance across all phases of the project life‑cycle. The role works closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Core duties include conducting business research, performing cost‑benefit analyses, and creating detailed reports or proposals that shape management policies and processes. The analyst develops project schedules, allocates resources, manages requirements, and monitors progress, providing status, risk, and issue updates to the project team and senior leadership. Additionally, the role recommends process improvements, ensures accurate documentation, and facilitates timely communication.
Candidates should have a college degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with project‑management training or certification preferred. Proficiency in Asana and Power BI is desired, along with strong written and verbal communication, advanced spreadsheet/database abilities, and solid mathematical skills for financial reporting. Occasional travel may be required for meetings or training.
