Compiles information for client presentations, shop drawing review, and contract administration for the design of power, process, pipeline, industrial, healthcare, airports, educational institutions, commercial, and governmental and military facilities.
Perform plumbing design of projects from the conceptual phase through construction administration efforts.
Participate in cross discipline coordination and internal meetings.
Design plumbing systems for project needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers.
Apply experienced discipline knowledge of industry standard plumbing engineering/design practices, principles, codes, and procedures within the MEP AE services industry.
Performs field inspections, measurements or calculations for public and private clients.
Research and compile project related data as required by the project managers.
Modify and review production drawings for a variety of projects including, but not limited to: power plants, process facilities, industrial facilities, healthcare facilities, airports, educational institutions, commercial, and governmental and military facilities.
Update project construction documentation provided by senior engineers. Coordinate and verify corrections are made across platform of CAD related software.

Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years of mechanical engineering experience, consulting preferred. Required
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program. and 3 years of mechanical engineering experience, consulting preferred. Required or
Strong computer skills. (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
Engineers in Training-EIT Certification Preferred.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited program and successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. and 3 years of plumbing engineering experience, consulting preferred. Required or
Strong computer skills include AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), 3D Rendering Programs, hydraulic analysis, and plumbing analysis programs.
Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) Certification Preferred.
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
Experience in standard engineering techniques and procedures. Eg. design sanitary waste and vent, hot water systems, storm drainage, grease waste including grease interceptors, domestic and non-potable water systems, size and select hot water heaters, pumps, valve components.
Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
