Utilising portable devices to undertake dynamic risk assessments on site and preparing reports on completed works.

Must be flexible with working hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekends as and when required.

Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, flat roofing & commercial sheeted roofs)
