- Maintain strong relationships with Defence clients and subcontractors
- Administer and manage head contracts and subcontracts.
- Lead procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and review variations, progress claims, and commercial documentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager on cost control, risk, and compliance

Join a leading team delivering a large-scale, high-profile Defence project. My client is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator with proven experience on major Defence or Government projects to manage complex contracts and procurement activities in a dynamic project environment.
- Strong background in procurement and contract administration under Defence frameworks
- Current or eligible Defence security clearance (highly regarded)
- Proven experience working on large-scale Defence projects (ideally $100m+)
- Demonstrated experience working within Managing Contractor (MC) delivery models
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior CA
- Supportive, collaborative project team
