Partner with IT and data governance teams to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of procurement data.
Lead teams to respond to ad hoc requests for analyses of impacts of electric procurement issues as needed.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executives and distill insights into executive-level presentations.

Effectively and persuasively communicates highly complex ideas to diverse audiences
Experience with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba)
Knowledge of rules and regulations of CPUC or other Public Utilities Commission
Advanced in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Able to solve unique and complex problems and anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions
Expertise in market intelligence tools (e.g., Beroe, Gartner, Bloomberg, etc.).
Able to coach and mentor less experienced employees
Strong analytical skills, ability to solve abstract problems, attention to detail
