The Service Manager manages and supervises the repair and maintenance of the property buildings. They ensure the timely installation of mechanical equipment and upkeep of Fairstead’s property to ensure operational effectiveness. The Service Manager also oversees operational efficiency of all electrical equipment and mechanical systems through inspection and repair, and ensures that the property’s premises and facilities are kept clean and hygienic in alignment with Fairstead’s safety policies and standards. The position includes a $2,500 sign‑on bonus, split into two payments of $1,250 at onboarding and after 90 days.
