The Executive Business Support role is based in the Bangalore office and provides high-level administrative, coordination and operational assistance to senior management and technical disciplines. Acting as the single point of contact, the professional works closely with the Canada leadership team to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with corporate standards.
Key duties include organizing meetings, recording minutes, planning travel, preparing reports, and liaising with HR, facilities, IT and external suppliers. The role also manages office logistics such as seating plans, corporate and social events, and the coordination of executive visits, while supporting project governance, QA documentation and productivity‑revenue reporting.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or commerce, fluency in English and French, and solid experience in office administration or customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential, and knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI is an added advantage.
Additional responsibilities encompass agenda management, mailbox handling, document and file organization, business travel coordination, expense account administration, and sub‑practice support activities such as code loading, legal matters, offers and HSE tracking in Enablon. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, confidentiality, a proactive mindset and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
