Track and ensure timely completion of proposal/bid deliverables required from internal and external partners, including health and safety forms, proposal/bid forms, finance support letters, write-ups from various authors, etc.
Support additional content development for business development goals.
Occasionally prepare executive summaries and reports for Aecon’s Project Risk Committee (PRC) and Board of Directors.
Review existing proposal/bid content, project work plans, and other relevant sources of information to extract relevant content.
Coordinate with Aecon’s internal graphic design team to develop critical proposal material, including: JV logos, identity guidelines and overall graphical imagery of the proposal/bid submissions.
Create and edit proposal/bid templates, resume templates, project sheet templates.
Manage and coordinate input from other partners.
Responsible for the management and oversight of Aecon’s formal submissions in response to RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and Market Sounding proposals.
Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Manage pursuit schedule and ensure adequate resource assignment.
Perform compliance checks on all submittal documents.
Develop formal presentations of proposals/bid and present directly to the client and/or Stakeholders.
Organize team reviews on behalf of the proposal management team.
Update key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboard, including proposal/bid pursuit status reports.
Manage proposal/bid documentation through Aecon’s SharePoint portal.
Occasional research and analysis of the industry to help identify market opportunities and prepare formal executives overviews and reports.
Package and deliver final proposal/bid submissions on time.
Schedule and lead proposal/bid meetings.
Attend pre-bid meetings and post-bid debrief meetings and summarize results and lessons learned, and report back to the project/proposal team.
Develop proposal/bid calendars and responsibility matrices.
Train, mentor, and develop proposal coordinators and assistants.
Review and develop a detailed understanding of client proposal/bid requirements.
