Assisting in the calibration and maintenance of all technical equipment.
Maintaining a clean and orderly laboratory environment.
Develop an understanding of the test methods and why samples are tested.
Sample receipt, storage and disposal.
Ensuring the quality of work produced is to high standards and tested in a timely manner.
Performing a variety of physical tests on soil, rock and aggregate samples to the highest level of safety and quality standards.

Previous experience in a geotechnical or materials testing lab.
Good numeracy and literacy: able to write clearly and accurately.
