Solid understanding of drinking water treatment processes or wastewater treatment processes (biological, chemical, and physical)
Strong communication skills as required to collaborate project designs with multi-discipline project teams
Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team comprised of civil, structural, building mechanical, electrical, and Instrumentation and control disciplines.
5+ years of direct experience with water and wastewater treatment processes.
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
PhD degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or biosystems/biological or related engineering discipline.
Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification or able to obtain within the next 6 months.
2+ years of experience with biological modeling software (GPS-X, SUMO, BioWin, etc.)
2+ years of direct process experience with water/wastewater treatment plant.
Master’s degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or biosystems/biological engineering from an ABET accredited program
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
2+ years of experience with open-channel flow hydraulic modeling
