The Community Manager directs marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and the leasing team to achieve revenue, occupancy, resident‑retention, and leasing objectives for a stabilized garden‑style community of 171 units. The role follows a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends and requires overseeing all aspects of community performance.
The position demands physical stamina: standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance). The incumbent must work in all weather conditions, operate a golf cart, and be on call during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation is hourly between $20.50 and $22.50, with additional pay determined by experience, location, and business needs.
