- Bâtir et maintenir des relations avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- Participer aux rétrospectives des projets pour fin d’amélioration continue
- Préparer une évaluation de coûts éventuels des matériaux, de la main-d’œuvre et de l'équipement nécessaire pour mener à bien un projet
- Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes et des opérations afin de couvrir tous les éléments des projets
- Participer aux rencontres de démarrage de projets
- Cataloguer les directives de chantier, incluant les avis de changements et les extras
- Assister aux réunions de coordination et visites de sites afin d'évaluer la difficulté des projets à estimer
- Analyser les dessins et spécifications, conditions contractuelles et identifier aux gestionnaires les éléments à risque et les opportunités
