

Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor material pricing and lead times
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead
Track project data and compare actual costs to estimates
Ensure estimates support proper profit margins and maintain strong bid-to-award ratios
Develop and submit complete bid packages by required deadlines
Works closely with Preconstruction, management, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers
Request necessary permits, licenses, and bonds
Review blueprints and specifications to determine project scope and cost drivers
Maintain historical job files for reference and improvement
Ability to build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
Minimum of two years of commercial plumbing estimating experience
Flexible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to use standard office equipment and estimating software
The Estimator will review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to determine labor, material, and equipment costs. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. The Estimator directly contributes to project success by producing high-quality bid packages and supporting preconstruction efforts.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our team and support the success of commercial plumbing projects across the region. This role plays a critical part in preparing accurate and competitive bids, evaluating project documents, coordinating with internal and external partners, and ensuring estimates meet company standards for quality and profitability.
