Description

Key responsibilities include assembling Sycool units and non‑foam panel door and jamb assemblies, completing final assembly of foam panel doors, and performing safe material handling. The role also manages inventory control by maintaining Kanban levels, adheres to Munters Quality System with in‑process QA check sheets, and enforces all safety regulations.

Additional duties involve assisting with various factory operations to maintain workflow, keeping work areas clean and orderly, and participating in meetings and work groups for training, issue resolution, and knowledge sharing. The employee may also be tasked with other related responsibilities as needed.

The position requires the use of hand and power tools, assembly fixtures, and crane devices such as vacuum lifters and forklifts. Tasks include assembling sheet‑metal components, installing electrical, gas, and air‑conditioning equipment, testing equipment, loading finished products onto trucks, and completing quality‑assurance paperwork.

• Assemble Sycool units and foam panel door assemblies according to defined processes.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and crane equipment to assemble sheet‑metal parts and install electrical, gas, and HVAC components.

• Assist in training new employees and contribute to meetings and work groups.
• Read mechanical and electrical blueprints; employ measuring devices with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Participate in orientation, quality assurance, safety awareness, and Assembly II mechanics training.
• Work with state‑of‑the‑art tools in a clean, safety‑focused environment.

Requirements

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required. Candidates must possess mechanical and electrical blueprint reading skills, proficiency with measuring devices, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to use hand and power tools. Required training includes Munters corporate orientation, quality assurance, safety awareness, and Assembly II mechanics programs.
