Strong knowledge of and experience performing setups including selection of speeds and feeds and making machine adjustments and corrections
Ability to escalate production and downtime issues to get them resolved in a timely fashion
Experience participating in Kaizen Events focused on process improvements using lean manufacturing techniques

Ability to multitask while being complete in thorough in following documented procedures

Ability to relate to team members well and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Strong math skills
Ability to verify part conformity using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
Some sandblasting experience is preferred
