As part of an Impact Organisation, this is an exciting newly created role to build and transform as a growth career opportunity. As the Solution Centre Leader, you will lead a multi-discipline team including Tendering, Engineering, Project Management and the supporting functions. You will lead the execution of the Solutions Centre business across the Pacific Zone, managing multi-technology projects as well as driving transformation initiatives aligned with Schneider Electric’s strategic goals.

  • Governance & Risk Management: Ensure that the Solutions Operations Governance is well deployed in the Zone
  • Talent Development: Prepare the Pipeline of the future, by engaging diverse pools of critical talent in line with market & business needs
  • Execution Leadership: Oversee end-to-end Solutions execution with full accountability for P&L, SFCs, Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
  • Transformation Deployment: Define & Deploy the Transformation initiatives for more software, more services and more sustainability together with Global Solution Operations team.
  • Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Segments, Services, Regional and Global Teams.

  • Experience leading significant transformation projects within an international business.
  • Confidence and courage to lead with Agility and make appropriate decisions.
  • Significant experience in a General Management/equivalent role, within an international Matrix organisation.
  • Solution Business Leadership or Program Management experience, preferably in Energy sector.
  • Master’s degree in engineering, Business, or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer project or services business in terms of value chain, trends (market, technology, organisation) and key success factors.
