- Lead design and delivery of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, plant, and controls.
- Develop compliant, efficient, constructible mechanical solutions aligned with client, project, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage small to large projects or mechanical scopes within larger multidisciplinary projects.
- Produce and coordinate mechanical designs, documentation, specifications, and calculations.
- Coordinate with other building services and design disciplines to achieve integrated outcomes.
- Plan and manage mechanical resources to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Deliver mechanical contract administration, site inspections, and technical support during construction.
- Act as primary mechanical engineering liaison with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage project financial performance related to mechanical scope.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality review of mechanical engineering outputs.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, have at least seven years of relevant experience in building services, and be RPEQ registered while working towards CPEng accreditation. Additional requirements include AIRAH membership, a White Card, a valid Australian driver’s licence and the ability to travel interstate occasionally.
