This role will own global commodity strategy for key electrical and electro-mechanical categories and plays a major part in supplier partnerships, technology introduction, and early involvement in NPD initiatives. Can be a fully remote role with travel to offices in Milwaukee area + Mexico for supplier visits

Manufacturer with headquarters in the Greater Milwaukee area is seeking a Commodity Manager with experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.

Proven success negotiating complex contracts + managing supplier agreements
Experience sourcing motors, PCBAs, wire/cable assemblies, controls, or similar electrical components
Strength in building long-term, collaborative supplier partnerships — especially across NPD
