You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.
Implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the CMDB.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure the CMDB supports business and IT service management processes.
Ensure compliance requirements are met and provide accurate reporting for audits.
Drive the adoption of the CSDM framework by providing training and support to stakeholders.
Monitor and optimize the performance of the CMDB to meet organizational growth.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow CMDB and other enterprise systems to automate data population.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to implement enhancements.

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with self-motivation.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a service-oriented mindset.
