  • Respond and complete daily service orders and preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and structural systems and equipment. This work shall include the inspection, service, maintenance, repair, modification and replacement of plumbing and electrical systems and equipment, including plumbing fixtures, piping, water, gas, heating, steam and sanitation systems. All electrical appliances and fixtures including lamping.
  • Replace ceiling tiles and make necessary and minor carpentry repairs as needed.
