- Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to bids and work-winning activities.
- Support junior engineers through mentoring, guidance and technical feedback.
- Work closely with drafting and modelling teams to coordinate outputs and manage digital workflows.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation including reports, specifications, and design deliverables.
- Deliver structural analysis and design for bridges and civil infrastructure through all project phases.

- Familiarity with Australian Standards (e.g. AS5100) and local authority design requirements (e.g. DIT).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing and client interaction.
- Proficiency in structural design software such as Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, and experience with 3D modelling tools like Revizto.
- A degree in Civil Engineering with relevant structural design experience, ideally in consulting.
