You will lead archaeological field programs under heritage inspection, investigation and site alteration permits, oversee research, artifact analysis and reporting, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and regulatory agencies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Archaeology, Anthropology or a related field, a current BC archaeological permit, and at least four years of professional experience. Strong communication, writing and computer skills are essential, as is a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; field directors are also considered.
The anticipated annual base salary ranges from $88,707 to $96,381 CAD, with potential bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, parental leave, health, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, and retirement savings options.
