Qualified Candidate must be able to pass a physical examination by medical professional for the anticipated work requirements
Ability to manage budgets and schedules
Strong working knowledge and experience with Heavy Civil projects preferred
Experience and working knowledge of mapping out multi phased excavations, backfill/compaction and staying on top of any groundwater collection
OSHA 10 and HAZWOPER 40 required. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire
Ability to manage and direct multiple crews with multiple pieces of heavy equipment
Experience with Demolition & Asbestos Abatement preferred
Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment preferred, but not required
A valid driver’s license is required, as well as a safe driving record as measured by company policy
Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain access to military bases across the United States
Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds
Minimum of 6 years related field related experience
Experience with DOD, including USACE, NAVFAC, USAF or USCG required
Torch cutting and Rigging experience preferred, but not required
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
