Lease Administrator

Description

• Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes.
• Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
• Validate and review lease documents.
• Manage changes to landlord and payee details, including system updates.
• Administer accounts payable and receivable for rent, outgoings, and other property expenses.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong initiative, adaptability to new processes, and willingness to make improvements.
