- Ability to adapt quickly and manage time effectively
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or associate degree program in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Safety, Risk Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in occupational safety and traffic control operations.
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force motor vehicle record standards
- Ability to manage high stress scenarios and environments
- Direct mentorship from experienced Safety Professionals.
