Communicate with production, purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Monitor stock levels, in collaboration with the purchasing team, to ensure optimal availability of materials and avoid production stoppages.
Organize and participate in daily and weekly production planning meetings.
Responsible for implementing improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs and minimize production interruptions.
Ensure that the production schedule meets established targets.
