Conduct thorough inspections of architectural elements, including walls, drywall, doors, windows, and other finishes to ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
Stay current with industry trends, new building materials, and evolving construction techniques to maintain expertise in the field.
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve change orders efficiently and effectively.
Verify compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, as well as ADA requirements.
