Experienced Industrial Electrician or Electrical and Instrumentation Technician responsible for maintaining electrical power circuits, control and automation systems, and instrumentation in water treatment facilities.
Duties include installing, inspecting, maintaining, operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating various mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic equipment.
Complete all required documentation associated with duties.
Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of all tools and equipment needed for duties.
Perform preventative maintenance checks on pumps, compressors, drives, and auxiliary equipment.
Stay up to date on Operations Qualifications and required training.
Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties.
Interface and communicate with customers and suppliers as required.
Mentor and train employees when the opportunity presents itself.

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Ability to work with a team and coordinate work schedules.
AA degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to meet the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Proficient with electronic/electrical test instruments and measurement devices.
Up to 75% travel, typically within the region.
Must be able to work from elevated platforms, ladders, stairwells, walkways, etc
Knowledge and experience reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints and diagrams.
Experience working with water treatment equipment is a plus.
