Team Collaboration: Support construction team with subcontractor coordination, material tracking, file management, document control, and progress reporting.
Assist with project setup within Procore, including team assignments, template implementation, and document tracking.
Assist in gathering and organizing project documentation, including standards, checklists, and reporting templates.
Help with insurance compliance, project setup with Procore, budget tracking
Documentation Duties: Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports – stay organized and keep everything on track.
Conduct analytical and reporting tasks to assist in process audits, project health reviews, and operational assessments.
Project Shadowing: Work closely with a Project Manager to understand the day-to-day responsibilities of overseeing the execution, communication, and teamwork it takes to complete a construction project.
Learn and contribute within platforms such as Procore, Sage, and other construction-related software tools.

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management or Construction-related major.
