Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Guide and mentor the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
Liaise with Delivery Assurance (PMO) within RES, in respect of run rate, Scrum team performance, impediments, risks and dependencies impacting the project.
