Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, following established cash-handling procedures
Monitor tables and seating areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and set up to accommodate guests comfortably
Take cocktail and drink orders from guests, accurately inputting them into the system for preparation by the bar staff
Welcome guests warmly and provide a friendly and approachable demeanor, engaging in courteous and attentive interactions throughout their visit
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, address any concerns, and provide assistance as needed to create a positive experience
Suggest premium or specialty cocktails, as well as additional menu items, to enhance the guests' experience and increase sales
Efficiently deliver beverages to guests, ensuring drinks are served promptly and in pristine condition
Collaborate with bartenders, bar backs, and other service staff to maintain a smooth flow of service and a cohesive team environment
Comply with local alcohol service laws and regulations, monitoring guest intoxication levels, and refusing service when necessary
