Description

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers to educate them and support confident buying decisions.

• Generate accurate customer invoices and handle on‑site payments.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the service vehicle.

• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, chiller, cooling tower, pumps, drives, and related mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, follow written and verbal directions, and ensure first‑time‑right workmanship.
• Attention to detail in system documentation and service reporting.
• Completion of pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
