- Support area and internal team members to achieve team goals
- Provide project and technical support for submittal drawings, calculations, regulatory approvals, production, and product delivery
- Respond to civil engineers on project-specific inquiries and industry questions including local stormwater regulations
- Maintain engineering standards and procedures for the team
- Recording project information accurately
- Assist sales team during the project bid phase by providing design review and confirming appropriate product solution design
- Provide design calculations and drawings for integration into civil engineering plans to secure product solutions on site plans
- Present project-specific solutions to civil engineering specifiers
- Partner with local manufacturing facilities to drive standard designs with focus on utilization of available form assets
- Establish and maintain rapport with civil engineer specifiers
- Determine and develop most effective site solution utilizing a suite of Stormwater product offerings

- Professional Engineering License (Preferred)
- 4+ years experience with solid technical background in drainage design, water resources, land development, or similar field

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- This position is remote based in the United States.
- Excellent communicator and organized
- Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation and plans
- Capable of interpreting and executing regulatory-guided site design requirements
- Experience with: AutoCAD, BIM, SWMM, Microsoft Office, HydroCAD (Preferred)
- Collaborator with ability to share thoughts openly, accept new ideas, and get the job done in a highly interactive process
