The role provides experienced front‑end systems support with minimal supervision, interpreting automation projects within the design automation framework. The incumbent works closely with product‑line engineers and technicians to gather automation requests, documents them, and creates enhancement requests and scripts that boost utilization of design automation modules. Additional duties include managing module deployments through content management, delivering training, and acting as the product‑line liaison to promote best practices.

Maintain legacy software, provide technical support to manufacturing teams, and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and maintain software to automate electrical drawings and optimize plant processes, enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance digitalization initiatives, assist local deployment of software solutions, and ensure smooth integration.
Schedule and conduct end‑user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
Oversee systems project execution, manage timelines and resources, and communicate progress and updates to plant staff.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and recommend and implement software system improvements.
