• Support content creation including blogs, property descriptions, videos, and social updates.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute creative ideas.
• Manage and update property listings on company and third-party platforms.
• Assist with daily marketing tasks, vendor coordination, and campaign management.
• Help organize property events and exhibitions.
• Support CRM maintenance and lead communication efforts.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, online ads) tailored to real estate.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials.

Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Marketing Trainees to join our marketing team at Oshiwara, Mumbai. This hands-on role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about real estate marketing, digital promotions, and brand-building. You will gain practical exposure to both online and offline marketing strategies within a dynamic real estate environment.

Experience: Internship experience in Digital Marketing is preferred

• Practical exposure to real estate marketing strategy and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or a related field.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Internship or coursework in digital marketing preferred (SEO, social media, Google Ads, or content marketing).
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
