  • Prepare and present project planning reports to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Perform delay analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to align project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
