A full UK driving licence is preferable
Some knowledge of Android and iOS on both phones and tablets

Ability to install, support and maintain hardware and software
Some Previous IT support role experience (Preferable)
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Well-developed all-round IT and people skills
Good knowledge and experience of Windows 10 & 11 and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of PC and Laptop hardware
