Conduct routine inspections, testing, and monitoring of domestic water systems, including cold water storage tanks, hot water cylinders, and point‑of‑use systems.
Perform disinfection, flushing, and cleaning of tanks, pipework, and filters.
Identify Legionella and other waterborne risks and implement appropriate control measures.
Prepare detailed service reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
Advise customers on system improvements, maintenance schedules, and water hygiene best practices.
Ensure all work complies with UK regulations such as ACOP L8, HSG274 Part 2, and relevant British Standards.
Maintain tools and equipment to a high standard.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
