Description

Process less complex invoices that are received.
Update vendor tables in Access Database on a quarterly basis.
Provide general office support to the team (copies, scanning, scheduling meeting with vendors, program).
Process invoices in SFS, including emailing and requesting approvals from program to receipt and process in SFS.
Monitor CAPS shared mailbox to forward or respond to emails.
Create Requisitions in SFS from Purchase Request forms. This includes requesting information from vendor(s) and preparing SFS entry for supervisory review.
Communicate effectively with Division staff and client agencies.
Reconcile credit card statement in SFS monthly.
Process Credit Card purchase requests.
