  • Conduct daily briefings with the team and attend daily Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards.
  • Manage budgets, reduce costs and maximise profitability.
  • Communicate and enforce policies and procedures regarding pouring measures and age verification.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and The Director of Food and Beverage to identify pertinent concepts and menu design for the outlet in line with brand standards.
  • Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
  • Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.
  • Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
