As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading high impact engagements. From advising corporates, government, and regulatory bodies on strategic and financial matters, to managing formal insolvency appointments and trading on engagements, you’ll be at the forefront of helping clients protect and recover value.

  • assist clients to evaluate and understand the performance and position of their business
  • collaborate with our team and clients to develop and deliver tailored restructuring and insolvency strategies across a range of industries
  • mentor junior staff, with an emphasis on knowledge sharing
  • analyse financial information, identify issues and prepare recommendations for our clients
  • proactively create and implement solutions that are as varied as the challenges our clients face; this may include selling assets and businesses, reorganising capital structures or trading on businesses.

  • You will be a Professionally Qualified (Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant) with over five (5) years' experience in restructuring, consulting, audit or professional services more broadly.
  • excellent analytical skills supported by an advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (or a willingness to learn)
  • commercial awareness with strong business acumen and advanced emotional intelligence.

  • hands-on experience working in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
