Read and interpret technical information and specifications
Operate a forklift to load/unload parts and maintain an organized, safe shop environment
Manage engine and parts inventory, ensuring timely receipt and shipment of all orders

Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting customers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of safety practices and procedures in a shop environment
Basic computer skills for order tracking and documentation
Prior experience (2+ years) working with diesel engines or similar heavy equipment
Communicate effectively, demonstrate reliability, and work independently or as part of a team, including overtime or weekend hours as needed
Experience with basic hand and power tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and assembly instructions
