  • Preparation of Minutes of Management Review Meetings
  • Ensure compliance effectiveness of corrective actions and continuous monitoring of Project Risk Index, KPI
  • Liaises with external agencies/ government bodies/clients /customers.
  • Communicating the importance of effective IMS and of conforming to the EHS management system requirements and Updates IMS Manual and procedures at par with the legal & other requirements and National / International standards.
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and records as per the established systems and procedures.
  • Establish and implement consultation and participation of workmen and workmen representatives.
  • Identifying the External and Internal Issues for the department and to establish the required Control Measures for mitigation and commitment to continual improvement.
  • Handle training sessions on EHS related topics.
  • Preparation of EHS review presentations and other need-based presentations with back up evidence.
  • Accountable for the effectiveness of the IMS and ensuring the integration of the system requirements into the Organization’s business processes to achieve its intended outcomes.
  • Understanding the relevant Needs and Expectations of Interested Parties for department and to determine which of them can become its Compliance Obligations and to establish the required control measures for compliance.

  • Experience on IMS Document Preparations as per contractual documents requirements of major National & International clients including Metro clients.
