Neighborhood and Community Parks Planning and Design
Foster and promote a positive, team-oriented environment and office culture
Production of CD sets including hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages
Anticipate the needs of clients and projects
Work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction
Manage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneously
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects.

Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Familiarity preparing proposal/scope of work documents and reviewing invoices/submitting
Ability to lead projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements preferred
At least 3 years of experience in Landscape Architecture
Ability to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needs
Proficiency with computer applications including AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Experience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plus
Excellent design skills
Well organized, detail oriented and highly motivated
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
